At Compendium, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions, to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
