Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-4 weeks for transit and professional assembly.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I commit to a purchase?
Yes, we provide complimentary swatch kits for our signature sofa and armchair collections to help you ensure the color and texture perfectly match your home's lighting.
Are your products sustainably sourced?

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
